Home Warranties
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
DeHaas Builders Inc. warrants your home for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. DBI will remedy or replace or repair defective work or materials.
TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
DeHaas Builders Inc. warrants that the installation of the plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems of your home will be free from defects in workmanship of the original installation which appear at any time within two (2) years from the date of completion.
TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
DeHaas Builders Inc. warrants that the roof, foundations, floors, and walls of your home will be free from major structural defects in materials or workmanship of the original construction which appear at any time within ten (10) years after the date of the completion, and which significantly affect the load-bearing functions of your home or otherwise render it unsuitable for residential purposes.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Some manufacturers and suppliers cover their products under separate written
warranties.
Several products and services in our homes have extended warranties
depending on those products and services selected.
These extended warranties are related to specific products selected in some
custom homes.
